Items include uniforms, service clothing, personal items for own use, personal possessions belonging to you such as clothing, glasses, watches and sports equipment (see your insurer’s policy documents for terms and conditions).
Contents comprise of everything that you could take with you if you were to move home. Go through every room making an inventory of contents including items in cupboards and wardrobes.
